We have a large number of business customers, approximately 30 % of our total customers, who enjoy operating their business from the Robina Storage Centre and we are happy to assist them with a range of business support services including facilities such as access to a boardroom for meetings, tea and espresso coffee facilities from our café bar, fax and photocopying services, shelving hire and trailer hire which makes this process flexible and easy.

You can access your storage space 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can access your storage space when you want for as long as you want. Access is free of charge. You will be in control of the security access codes and keys which will allow you access to your storage space. This makes accessing your storage space flexible and easy. Stay for as long as you would like without the need for a fixed term lease and access your goods as often as you would like. Self storage puts you in control and is flexible and easy to use. When you rent a storage space you pay your rent in advance; this can be one month or up to 12 months, you choose.  If you leave before the end of the period you have paid rent to, we will refund you any balance of your account in accordance with your rental agreement. Our self storage spaces at Robina Storage Centre come in a range of sizes starting with lockers of 1m³, small spaces of 1m x 2m up to larger spaces of 6m x 3m to areas of 9m x 6m. In fact we have 43 different size storage spaces so our storages spaces are as flexible as your storage requirements. We can provide a storage space that will cater for just about all budgets, size and special requirements including power and drive up. Need a hand to move heavy goods? We have a range of trolleys and even a forklift available for your use to move your goods into and out of storage.

Just as you get to choose your length of stay and the size of your storage space, putting you in control of your budget, you also get to choose your method of payment. Rental of your storage space is paid for in advance; this can be one month or up to 12 months, you choose as discounts do apply.  You can make payment for your storage rental in the following manner:-

As part of our service we have arranged for priority insurance rates that cover household goods at affordable prices.

We offer flexible cover - you decide the level and duration, and you can vary your cover at any time.

For as little as $5.00 per month you can insure goods up to $5,000 in value.

Our charges on insurance cover are as follows:

• $1,000 - $5,000 cover = $5.00 per month
• $10,000 cover = $10.00 per month
• $15,000 cover = $15.00 per month
• $20,000 cover = $20.00 per month
• $25,000 cover = $25.00 per month
• $30,000 cover = $30.00 per month
• $35,000 cover = $35.00 per month
• $40,000 cover = $40.00 per month
• $45,000 cover = $45.00 per month
• $50,000 cover = $50.00 per month
